This building used to be four stories. Google searches have failed to offer any information as to why they would have demolished the top three floors while leaving the ground floor intact, rather than simply building new construction from scratch. Currently in use as a storage facility by an auto parts dealer, AFAIK.
Each of the covered window panels has a different mural painted on it. As you can see, there does not seem to be any recurring theme among the murals.

There is one property that stands out in stark contrast to what you see here: Purple Painted Fence at 37 Brookline Street, Cambridge, which has to be seen to be believed.
A Green House in Cambridgeport
One of the more charming of the well-kept properties in this neighborhood.

This recently renovated Greek Revival style building was recently renovated and now features a nautilus shell design on its facade.
